Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
If the issue persists then please make sure that the Include in Sitemap option is enabled in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings. If that is enabled then please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts > Enable Posts Robots Meta and set it as Index. Do the same for the categories.

I am using the breeze cache plugin and my site is connected with Cloudflare as well. and I use breeze for my main domain its not installed in the tech directory

Please make sure that the posts, categories are set to index.
Then, add this filter in the theme’s functions.php
file:
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
