  • Hello,

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

A plugin update shouldn’t cause any downtime on your site. There must have been a server-side issue due to which your site faced downtime.

For the sitemap issue, can you please share the URL of your site in the sensitive data section so we can check and assist you further?

We really look forward to helping you.

i want to share username and password with you?

    Hello,

Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I can check that WWW and non WWW both the variations of your sitemap are giving the 200 status.

Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 status), and the rest are redirecting to it. You can also use this tool to check. Please follow the steps in this link:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#5-check-for-the-correct-version-of-the-sitemap

Once done, resubmit the sitemap_index.xml in the Search Console.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thanks.
