About the issue, the sitemaps are split into multiple sitemaps based on your settings for links per sitemap at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings.
The sitemap2 is returning a 404 because you had more than the limit per sitemap products at one point but deleted some of the products.
This is nothing to worry about. It will start working again when you add more products.
