    Bonjour,

    Merci

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with your sitemap. It sounds like Google is not updating the page_index sitemap for your site. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Validate Your Sitemap: Ensure that your page_index sitemap is correctly configured. You can use the Validate XML Sitemap tool to check for any issues.

    2. Check Sitemap Location: Make sure that your sitemap is located in the root folder of your WordPress installation. The URL should look like this: `https://rankmath.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Index-titles-and-meta-settings.png.

    3. Ensure Posts Are Set to Index: If all your pages are set to noindex, they won’t appear in the sitemap. Go to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta and ensure that the Index checkbox is enabled for your pages.

    4. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Sometimes, other plugins can interfere with how sitemaps are generated. You can use the Health Check plugin to identify any conflicts.

    5. Flush Cache: If you are using a caching plugin, try flushing the cache and ensuring that the sitemap is excluded from caching.

If you’ve tried all these steps and the issue persists, please reply to this ticket with more details about your setup or any error messages you might be seeing, and a human agent from our team will assist you further.

Thank you for raising this concern!

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you.

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    3. If the above steps don’t seem to work, kindly apply the following filter to your site.

    add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

Here’s how you can add a filter/hook to your WordPress site:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/

Once done, clear your website cache, remove all the submitted sitemaps, and resubmit only the index sitemap in the Search Console.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
