  • Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing a 404 error with your sitemap. This can cause issues with search engines properly indexing your website.

To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Flush the Sitemap Cache
    2. Exclude the Sitemap Files in the Caching Plugin
    3. Check if your sitemap is accessible using a tool like httpstatus.io
    4. Ensure that the sitemap is not being cached

If you’re still facing issues after trying these steps, please let us know by assigning this ticket to a human agent using the available buttons, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

Still facing the same problem and checked my sitemap in not cached

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

It looks like the Search engine visibility option is currently checked on your website and that’s why your site is now set to nofollow and noindex.

Please note that Rank Math doesn’t include your pages/posts in the sitemap when it is set to noindex. Once you disable this option, your sitemap will work properly.

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

It’s possible that the website has a cached sitemap and it’s showing results that are set to noindex. You can perform the following actions on the affected website to make sure it’s not cached:
