Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
To fix this please follow these steps:
1. Flush the sitemap by following this tutorial: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Make sure that you exclude your sitemap from being cached by following this tutorial: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
After completing these your sitemap should be showing all the posts/pages/products correctly.
Let us know if that fixes the issue.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
No still its not working
Hello,
Make sure that you submitted the correct XML sitemap to Google. You should submit the sitemap available on your website at https://domain.com/sitemap_index.xml
Can you please do the following:
1. Please delete the sitemaps from the Google Search Console.
2. Clear your website cache
3. Addsitemap_index.xmlfile again to your Google Search Console. Here is a reference article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/Hope that helps. Looking forward to your update.
Thank you.
Hello,
Could you please confirm that the correct version of your sitemap is submitted to Google? You can check your site settings at WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General.
Sometimes, there are chances that you have the https://domain.com version on your website but submit the http://domain version to Google. Sometimes, www. is prefixed on the website but not to the sitemap URL submitted to Google.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Please check temp. login has been sent please resolve this issues.
Hello,
I have checked your sitemap using Sitemap Validation Tool and it appears to be working perfectly.
(Screenshot and link attached in the sensitive data section)Please clear your browser’s cache or you can run the validation in your browser’s incognito or private mode.
I have excluded your sitemap from being cached from your Litespeed Cache plugin by heading over to LiteSpeed Cache > Cache > Excludes and entered the following code in the Do Not Cache URIs field.
/(.*)sitemap(.*).xml /(.*)sitemap.xsl /sitemap_index.xsl /sitemap_index.xmlThough Rank Math by default includes the following rules to the robots.txt file. I added the rules by going WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Edit robots.txt.
Please check your Google Search Console if there is any error exists.
Hope this will solve the issue. Looking forward to your update.
Thank you.
Check the Google Search Console screen shots as well.
Hello,
To validate sitemap you must put your sitemap’s URL which will be something like this
https://yourdomain.com/sitemap_index.xml. You will find your sitemap’s URL by going WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > General. But I have noticed that in your given validation link you entered only your website’s URL.
Hope that helps. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
One more screenshot for Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead.
