I accessed your site, created a test post and the sitemap seems to be updated just fine from my end, please check the screencast I have attached in the sensitive section. Is there something we are missing?

@Jugraj, you should exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
