sir, my sitemap is not indexing for 1 month, I have waited for a long time. When I do URL inspection of https://domain.com/sitemap_index.xml then it says the link is not live in the live test so When I do the live test it shows “No: ‘noindex’ detected in ‘X-Robots-Tag’ http header”, pls see the screenshot – https://i.imgur.com/GwnRhGF.png

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
It is very normal for the sitemap file to be set to noindex since you would not like the sitemap content to appear on the SERP.
I have checked your search console dashboard and there are no errors. The ones that existed before have already passed validation as shown below:
