Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
Please make sure you have not set your content to noindex in Rank math > Titles & Meta then ensure you have content such as posts or pages.
If all this is done and the sitemap is still not generated, please do the following:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.
That should fix the issue.
If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.
Sir every time I do the same as you mentioned in the above answer. But after sometime it shows 404 error. Also the sitemap url are excluded from page cache.
