Upon investigating your site, I have noticed that there you had enabled the debug redirections and your URL is being affected as well. I have gone ahead and disabled that. Would recommend you check if there are any redirects of your sitemap referenced from your htaccess file.
However, your URL is not accessible by Google bots. On checking the robots file it seems to redirect to the homepage. Noticed that you have used the robots on the root folder. The GSC will still see the one on the root folder.
Your main domain carries two sitemaps and it is possible the that the search console is viewing the main folder.
We would recommend that you add the directory sitemap links into the main sitemap as a workaround. You can use this filter: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#18-filter-to-add-external-sitemap-to-the-rank-math-sitemap
Once done submit the main sitemap to your search console account.
