Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

I checked and your sitemap is working fine. It is also validating in the XML validator tool without any issues.
Please remove your previously submit sitemap from GSC and resubmit your main sitemap and wait for Google to crawl your sitemap. The issue should be resolved after that.

Could you please share the recent GSC error screenshot, So what we can troubleshoot the issue further because I am able to validated and it appears to be working fine.
A feed is a function of special software that allows feedreaders to access a site, automatically looking for new content and then posting the information about new content and updates to another site. Its not related to Rank Math its a built in functionality of the WordPress CMS.

I validated your sitemap with https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html, the sitemap is validated without any issues.
Have you excluded the sitemap from caching as suggested by my colleague?

If you haven’t, please exclude the sitemaps from caching as Google might still be seeing the cached version of your sitemap.
Once done, clear your website cache and add the sitemap_index.xml again and wait for Google to crawl the sitemap.
For feed URLs, you cannot noindex feeds but you can disallow them from the robots.txt file at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Edit Robots.txt
User-Agent: *
Disallow: /feed/

I just checked the sitemap through your validator and it is also showing an error that my sitemap is invalid.
I have included the screenshot in the sensitive area
And yes I have excluded it from caching through the LiteSpeed plugin, but it doesn’t work even I flushed its cache also by altering the number of URLs in the sitemap through your plugin.
But IT DOESN’T WORK !

As for now, I am not able to see the active sitemap on your website its redirecting to the homepage. If possible, consider flushing the site because your login link seems to be expired. Also, there has to be a cache issue on your server. Please try to exclude the sitemap URL inside your cache plugin.
