I was having a sitemap xml error. I fixed it by applying a script for removing whitespace. After that sitemap is not showing an error but it’s not opening and shows “503 Service Unavailable” for the post sitemap. Please Resolve the issue as soon as possible.

  • Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

I was not expecting this temporary resolution from you. I already tried this on my own. Please check my site’s files to figure out where this whitespace is coming from and fix it permanently. Please fix this for me.

I was not expecting this temporary resolution from you. I have already tried this. This creates some different problems. I was hoping you could check my site’s files to figure out where this whitespace is coming from and fix it permanently. Please do this for me as soon as possible.

    Hello,

The issue persists even when only a default theme and our plugin are enabled. So the issue must be coming from one of your site’s files. We checked some files but weren’t able to figure this out. Sorry, but we can’t go through each file on your site.

You will have to check it yourself to find the whitespace and fix the issue permanently.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch in case you need our assistance with anything else.

But, why you can’t go through each file on my site?

Alright, I will check it myself to find the whitespace and fix the issue permanently.

But, Please let me know what is the procedure and steps for doing that.

Which files do I need to check?

What should I check in these files (Where to check the whitespace?)?

    Where are these files located?

Tell me the complete procedure step by step.

Also, new posts not showing in the sitemap.

    Hello,

You will have to check all the PHP files present in your site’s root directory and see if any one of those has an unwanted whitespace after the opening PHP tag. You can also use the hint available in the following guide to track down which file is causing the issue: https://wejn.org/stuff/wejnswpwhitespacefix.php.html

To fix the issue with the sitemap not updating, please follow these steps:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    That should fix the issue.

Please let us know if that does not. We are here to assist.
