I checked the sitemap, it is working fine.
HTTPSTATUS.io is also showing the correct status:
Please note that the sitemaps, by default, are set to noindex as you do not want them to get indexed and appear in the search results.
The sitemap should only be submitted in the sitemaps sections and not in the URL Inspection Tool, the URL Inspection Tool will show the error as sitemaps by default are set to noindex.
Please exclude the sitemaps from caching and resubmit the sitemap in the Search Console:

Two variations of the sitemap are returning 200 status, you can check using https://httpstatus.io/:
Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 status), and the rest are redirecting to it.
Please follow the steps in this link:

I have redirected the Non-www to www URLs with Cloudflare page rules and I turned off my Caching plugin(LiteSpeed Cache) then submitted the sitemap again but this time the sitemap can be read but has errors.

I checked with https://httpstatus.io/ again. The URLs are not redirected to the final version.
If you have already redirected to the final version, please purge the cache from Cloudflare and resubmit the sitemap in the Search Console.
Also, you only need to submit the final version URL of your sitemap in the Search Console.

I am still seeing the same results when checking your sitemap URL variations with https://httpstatus.io/
The URLs are not redirected to the final version.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

Also, please delete your site cache completely.
Once done, remove the sitemaps from the Search Console and add sitemap_index.xml again.
That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.
1. I don’t really know how to redirect the URL variations to the final URL because after reading the article I went with the Cloudflare option.
2. The problem was from the WP Security plugin I was using because there was an option to block all bots that are not coming from Google.
It looks like some of the Google bots are not recognised by the plugin and so the sitemap was marked as noindex.
3. I also blocked unknown bots in Cloudflare and the same sitemap error was shown so it means the Google bot is not well known.
4. Now everything works correctly. Thanks.
