Hello Rank Math,
WE have an issue where the sitemap generated by your plugin Rank Math is blank.
I have tried to follow this guide to no avail:

Where we have tried to activate Rank Math as the only plugin/theme active (using the health checker tool).
Why is that?

Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Unfortunately both steps did not solve the issue. The sitemap is still blank.

I have checked and validated your sitemap with the sitemap validator tool. And also noticed in the source code of the sitemap that Rank Math generated the sitemap properly. There is no issue with the sitemap.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

I checked your sitemap using the Sitemap Validator tool:
There might be some interference with the Rank Math output, it could be because of a static file with the same name as your sitemap file. If there’s any file on your server by that name, access your server via FTP and delete the file. It should resolve this issue.
If you are unable to find any XML sitemap file then this could be due to a theme/plugin conflict.

As already stated – twice now – the health check tool has been used. There are no conflicts as the issue persist even though rank math is the only plugin activated on the site.
I have been searching through the server files, but nothing seems to stand out compared to the other websites we manage.
