We apologize for the issue you are facing with your sitemap. A blank sitemap can occur due to several reasons. Since you’ve already used the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and still see a blank page, here are a few steps you can take to diagnose and potentially fix the issue:

Check the Source Code: First, check the source code of your sitemap page. If the source code is empty, it indicates a conflict with another plugin or theme. You can use the Health Check plugin to identify any conflicts.

Flushing Cache: If there is data in the source code but the sitemap appears blank on the front end, try flushing the sitemaps cache and ensure that your sitemap is excluded from caching plugins. You can find instructions on how to do this in our guide on excluding sitemaps from caching.

Static File Conflict: Ensure that there is no static file named _sitemap_index.xml on your server. If such a file exists, it may conflict with Rank Math’s sitemap functionality. You can check this via FTP and remove the file if necessary.

The issue appears when you use Unicode characters instead of the correct characters in the blogname option of the wp_options table of the database. Please replace the Unicode characters with the correct characters in the blogname option in the wp_options table to fix the issue.
