i am getting this error mentioned below
Oops! That page can’t be found.i tried to list https://theusanewshour.com/sitemap_index.xml on google search console
but google search console can not read the sitemap & showing “this url is not on google.”
i have also tried all the way (like permalinks save changes) that you are suggesting to fix it but it didn’t work.
please help.

I checked your sitemap index and it seems to be loading just fine. Please refer to my screenshot below:
It is also validating fine when submitting it into a Sitemap Validator:
Can you please ensure that your sitemap is not cached by any caching plugin you have in your website? You may check this guide for that: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
After doing so, remove your sitemaps from your Google Search Console and submit only the index sitemap.
