Sitemap index conflict

    There’s a conflict with the plugin, yith custom role account changer, and we get this error with the sitemap:

    error on line 1 at column 10: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document

    On deactivating the plugin, it works fine.

    But we can’t deactivate that plugin, so can you please help?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Since you already identified the plugin causing this issue you need to look inside the files from that plugin for any PHP files with extra white spaces that are adding that same space in the sitemap and thus throwing this error.

    This can also happen if that plugin has files with exclusively PHP code but it’s still having the closing PHP tag.
