Sitemap in blank

    Hola, estoy trabajando en una página web pero el sitemap que genera Rank Math aparece en blanco aunque si se realiza el comando Ctrl + U se ve que aparece ahí. He estado leyendo varios tickets de soporte y probado varias cosas que no me han funcionado:

    1. Ir a enlaces permanentes y guardar, Enlaces por mapa del sitio subir a 201 y guardar
    2. Exlcuir el sitemap de la caché
    3. Utilizar el plugin Health Checker para ver si hay conflictos entre plugins o con el theme, y con únicamente Rank Math activado el problema persiste

    ¿Qué podría pasar para que no se muestre? Dejo los datos de acceso a WordPress en la caja de datos confidenciales. Gracias

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    I’ve checked your sitemap, and it is indeed showing an empty/blank page but with Rank Math codes. This could happen if you have a static file with the same name as your sitemap file (sitemap_index.xml). You should FTP into your server and remove the file.

    Once done, please try flushing again your sitemap cache by follow the steps you have shared (1 & 2).

    Let us know how this goes.

    If the issue still persists, please also update the sensitive data section as the login credentials you have provided are not working on our end.
