Meanwhile, it could be coming from your post type tags. If you wanted to index your media tags and optimized their content, then you should include them in your sitemaps (HTML and XML).
You can also choose which post type to include in your HTML Sitemap in Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > [Media Tags post type] > Include in HTML Sitemap option.

Media tags are similar to categories and tags used for posts. They are used to organize media files such as images, videos, and audio files on your WordPress site. By default, WordPress isn’t using media tags so I assume you have added them to organize your media files.
If you have a large number of tags and want to limit the number of links on your site, you may choose to include only the most important tags that are relevant to your site’s content.
However, if this taxonomy is really beneficial to your website and its ranking, then indexing them should be logical. Please note that this decision depends entirely on you.
