This can happen if the link you trying to access need you to be logged in and in your case you have probably been logged out due a timeout or similar.

The Cart page of WooCommerce along with Checkout and MyAccount pages are set to noindex by default. These pages don’t need to be indexed given they are different and unique for each user.
To index them, you’d have to disable the WooCommerce module in Rank math dashboard which I would not recommend as it disables a number of other WooCommerce options as well.
