Sitemap Has NoIndex Pages

Hello,

We have redirected URLs that we need to remove from abclawcenters.com sitemap.

‘add_filter(‘rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching’,’_return_false’);’ is in the functions.php file yet sitemap still appears cached.

URLs we need removed include:
https://www.abclawcenters.com/columbus-birth-injury-attorneys/
https://www.abclawcenters.com/blog/2018/05/19/jesse-reiter-publishes-maj-journal-fall-2006-presidents-column/
https://www.abclawcenters.com/blog/2018/05/19/reiter-walsh-p-c-named-the-best-lawyers-in-america-in-2016-by-u-s-news-world-report-best-lawyers/

These URLs do not have Post IDs since these noindex pages do not exist. How do we remove these URLs and others manually?
