Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please note that our sitemap is generated in a different URL than the one you shared.
Our sitemap generates on the URL https://yourdomain.com/sitemap_index.xml
We recommend that you use the following tutorial to submit the sitemap to Google Search Console: https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/
We also recommend that you disable any other plugin that might be generating a sitemap and also delete any XML files you might have in the root folder of your website.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
I know you generate different URL and I checked that too. Here you can see yourself.

Any way out from your side?
Hello,
I’ve checked your post and page sitemap, and it seems that they are not being generated by Rank Math.
Please check if you have any static sitemap files in your website’s root directory. Rank Math’s sitemaps are generated virtually. If so, please delete them and check if the sitemaps are working fine.
If there’s no static sitemap file, you can check for a plugin/theme conflict on your site. You can follow the steps using the
Health Check plugin.
If your sitemaps are already working fine, please remove all the sitemaps submitted in your Google Search Console account and resubmit your main sitemap only /sitemap_index.xml
.
Once done, give Google some time to recrawl your site.
I hope that helps.
Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.
Thanks for the reply.
Couldn’t find anything in cpanel and here is the screenshot of the site health plugin.

So confused to be honest.
Again thanks.
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.

Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
The FTP login credential you shared can’t be accessible. I was able to access your WordPress Dashboard from there I tried to check the plugins conflict but it seems that the health check plugin is not working.
Could you please manually disable plugins on your site to check for a conflict. Alternatively, you can create a staging site to do that for them without affecting your live site.
Check the sitemap when Rank Math is the only plugin activated during this troubleshooting.
You can follow this article to create a staging version of your main site:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/
Hope this helps you. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.

Hi,
I’ve tried by disabling plugins. However, here I’ve given the cPanel access. I hope it will help you.
Thanks for the hard work guys.
Hello,
I tried enabling the troubleshooting mode but it seems I can’t enable the plugins while in troubleshooting mode.
Is it okay to disable them live so we can further identify the issue?
If you prefer, you can create a staging website for this instead, replicate the issue there and share the WP login with us. This should allow us to further investigate the issue without worrying about breaking your live site.
Looking forward to helping you with this one.
Yes, you can disable them on the live site.
Hello,
We have checked your site and found there was malware on the website and this is likely causing the huge number of URLs in the sitemap. Please check the sitecheck result by the URL provided in the sensitive data section.
You should first fix the security issue and then we can continue to investigate if that doesn’t help solve the sitemap issue.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Okay, thanks for the hard work guys. I really appreciate it.
