sitemap error on latest update

    Hi

I have the latest WP installed but your latest Rank Math update is showing a syntax bug around the author sitemap generator which is leading to zero entries in the author section of the sitemap and an error on GSC.

Please see the error code generated in the status tools section in the sensitive data section. I had to use an image file for the error code as your Cloudflare security is blocking me from inserting the code into the sensitive data section.

    regards
    Marcus

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the Rank Math Support Team.

Checking on the screenshot of the error you sent, it seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.

    1. Please follow these steps to fix the issue:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/fatal-error-after-1-0-49-update/

    2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.

    Here’s a video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/KStFug

Please clear all the cache, including the server after following the above process.

That should help resolve the issue.

Please feel free to contact us back if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.

I did as you asked but got this problem: “The Repair Action Scheduler could not run because the repair database schema is obsolete.

    No actions performed.

The Repair Action Scheduler plugin has been automatically deactivated.”

    Hello,

Sorry for the confusion here. We have replicated the issue and have pushed this to our devs team to further check into it.

Once we find a feasible solution to this we will push this in the upcoming version of the plugin. Please keep an eye on our changelog here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

We are looking forward to helping you.
    Thank you.

Ok so this is filed as a known error in the current plugin version?

It is quite serious though as none of my author content is in the sitemap. I would suggest a specific patch version and not included in a general plugin update later down the line.

Já tem alguma solução? Estou com o mesmo problema, diz que “I did as you asked but got this problem: “The Repair Action Scheduler could not run because the repair database schema is obsolete.”

I’ve already tried the automatic solution, but it didn’t work either.

    Hello,

The author sitemap on your website is now loading fine as the author sitemap was fixed in one of the latest releases.

If you access your author sitemap you should be able to see it correctly as illustrated by the image in the sensitive data section.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you require any further assistance.

Miguel, I think you posted the sitemap in my sensitive data section and not Rodolfo who is joining this ticket I opened.
