I have a problem on GSC about the sitemap.
GSC displays an error. https://ibb.co/yQt7MWF
I have also checked on https://httpstatus.io/ and it says: Connection to the server hosting the URL fails.I have loaded many sitemaps in the past for other website and it’s the first time I am having this problem.

I tried logging in to your website, but the website is not reachable due to DNS error:
Please check if the domain is correctly pointing to the nameservers. I’ll suggest you get in touch with your web hosting to fix this issue.
Once the DNS issue is fixed, please follow these steps to fix the sitemaps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/Then, remove the sitemaps from the Search Console and add
sitemap_index.xml
again.That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.

Our team is distributed around the world and we use dynamic IPs, so even if you whitelist one particular IP now when we get back to the ticket our IP might already have changed.
So, whitelisting a particular IP wonโt help much.
In this case, you can whitelist or open access to countries India, Portugal, and the Philippines to investigate this issue on your site.

The error regarding your sitemap doesn’t seem to be replicated on your staging site. Can you please try disabling all the plugins on your main site except Rank Math and check if the sitemap works fine?

On your staging website, the sitemap seems to be working fine. However, on the live website, we did notice an error in the sitemap that might have been caused by a conflict with another plugin. You can have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
Could you confirm if you have the exact same setup (plugins) on the live website?
We also noticed that you’re using old versions of many plugins including Rank Math, please update the plugins and see if the error is fixed:
Also, could you please share the screenshot of the error from GSC after translating it to English, so that we can understand the insights of the issue?
Regarding the error in the SEO Analysis, it appears your web server is blocking access to our API.
Please make sure to whitelist the IP
134.90.148.114
and the user-agentRankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com
.If you are not sure, please ask your web hosting provider to do it for you.
Once done, you can run the SEO Analysis once again.

Since 400 error indicates that something is blocking access to Rank Math servers. Could you please provide the error_logs of your website so that we can have look?
Also, if possible kindly increase the “PHP time limit to 120” and check again?
