I have checked your sitemap and it is redirecting to the homepage of your website.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, remove all the sitemaps from the search console and add the sitemap_index.xml and wait for Google to crawl the sitemap.
That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.
sitemap is showing success but not indexed as much urls as before not even half only 25 out of 160 around please help out

Please note that it takes some time for Google to crawl the sitemap.
You should wait for some time and let Google crawl the sitemap or if you want to force index a URL, you can try submitting the URL in the URL inspection tool.
