sitemap error

I have the instructions worked out as a computer scientist exactly. After activating the HEALTH plugin I selected several standard themes and activated RankMath. That is, only RankMath was active with a standard theme. Nevertheless, I get an empty XML page colored yellow. That means for me, no plugin has an error. Only when RankMath is turned on, the XML page does not work.
Gladly you can have admin access and charge the work. We need a working sitemap.
