I’ve checked your screenshot, and it seems you have submitted /sitemap.xml. Please make sure that you have submitted the correct XML sitemap to Google. You should submit the sitemap available on your website at https://yourdomain.com/sitemap_index.xml

I’ve also checked your /robots.txt, and it seems that the Disallow: /uploads/wpo-p.. was connected to your sitemap link. Please update your robots.txt by formatting properly the disallow rule. You can put them before the sitemap line and here’s a link for more information:

It seems that Google was not able to see your sitemap correctly or possible that your site was affected by Google’s algorithm update. However, I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems that they are still heavily cached.
