Sitemap Error – 404

    I just made some changes in website. Now it’s showing the 404 sitemap error, also showing some more errors like sitemap.rss, sitemap.txt. Please help me to fix this errors. I would like to know that, what’ll happen if I redirect the site 404 errors ?. Is it affect the upcoming post ?.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Do you have any caching setup on your site? If so, please exclude your sitemap URLs from caching, clear your cache and do the following:

    1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks

    Hit the save button once.

    2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings

    Hit the save button once.

    That should fix the issue.

    If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.
