I have checked your sitemap and it seems to be working now. The most common cause of frequent 404s on the sitemap is caching of the file.
Please check whether this file has been excluded from your caching rules.

Please add this code in your theme’s functions.php file to disable Rank Math caching your sitemap file:
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
Also, check the exclusion settings of your cache plugin and add the sitemap_index.xml file to the exclusion list.
