Sincere apologies for the late follow up.
I couldn’t find any update data in the sensitive section.
Could you please do the following:
1. If you have any caching plugin, please exclude all your sitemap URLs from being cached and purge your cache.
2. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
3. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.
That should fix the issue.
4. Confirm this you can check if the sitemap working fine in your browser by going domain(.)com/sitemap_index.xml in a private browser
If the sitemap is working fine, you can try validating it on this link: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html
5. If the validation works, please head to your GSC and remove any submitted sitemap then resubmit only the main sitemap file(sitemap_index.xml)
If you have followed these and you are able to view your sitemap without any problem, then Rank Math is outputting your sitemap correctly. If the error persists, then it must be coming from Google. You can try and use a 3rd party sitemap plugin to confirm. Just make sure you have disabled the Sitemap module of Rank Math in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard when using a 3rd party sitemap plugin.
If the other plugin works, please do let us know.

The access provided doesn’t have enough permissions to allow troubleshooting of the issue, check the screencast I have added in the sensitive section. Please elevate the access to administrator. You can use a plugin such as WP-Activity to monitor the changes, if any, made to your site.

I checked your sitemaps and they are all loading fine from my end. I also validated each of them with this tool: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html and they all seem to be valid.
I however noted you are using cloudfare. Please get in touch with your host and add rules to exclude all your sitemap from caching:
