The sitemap was last read on 11/09/2024.
To get updated information from GSC, please flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
After this, clear your website cache, remove all the submitted sitemaps, and resubmit only the main sitemap in the Search Console and see if that works for you.

The sitemap still has not been read. When Google gets around to crawling it again the error should disappear and the last read date should be updated as well.

There’s no definite time when will Google crawl your page sitemap.
You may need to give Google some time to recrawl and it will update the last read date as well.
