I checked your sitemap and it’s loading properly. In this case please follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
After checking all that, remove all your sitemap/s from Google Search Console and submit only the primary sitemap (sitemap_index.xml) to check if this helps you with your current issue.
Once done, clear your website and server (if any) cache and wait for Google to crawl the website again and see if that helps.
