Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. After that, remove all your sitemaps from your GSC and resubmit only the primary sitemap (sitemap_index.xml). See if this resolves the issue.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello, I have added a temporary login in the sensitive data area. After a lot of troubleshooting and removing some plugins, some of the sitemap components shows success in search console but the post sitemap still display error.
Hello,
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that you haven’t verified the www version of your website to be redirected to the non-www version. I’ve attached a screenshot in the sensitive data section.
Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 Ok status), and the rest are redirecting to it. You can also use this tool to check.
You can follow the steps in this link to redirect your www version of your site:
https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#5-check-for-the-correct-version-of-the-sitemap
Also, your post sitemap contains 1000 links per sitemap. Rank Math splits the sitemap to 200 (by default) for Search Engines, like Google, to crawl them faster, and Rank Math uses the links per sitemap limit to break down sitemaps into smaller parts.
Please update the links per sitemap to 200 only, then remove all your submitted sitemaps in your Google Search Console and submit your main sitemap only. Once done, give Google some time to recrawl your site.
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I have successfully added a www redirect to my domain. Please check the new httpstatus in the sensitive data area to confirm that is it displaying correctly this time. Also, if I removed the sitemap from the search console after changing the value from 1000 to 200 and resubmitted, the result https://ibb.co/x83MJcF
Hello,
I checked on https://httpstatus.io/, the URLs are still not redirected to the final variation.
Two variations are returning 200 status. Check the screenshot in the sensitive data section.
After adding the rewrite rules, clear the website cache and check again with https://httpstatus.io/.
Then, resubmit the sitemap in Search Console and wait for Google to recrawl the sitemap.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
