Sitemap does not update when posting with my frontend panel

    Rank Math free

    Hello,

First of all I would like to thank all the work done on this plugin, it is very good.

The problem I have is that I do not use the WordPress panel to publish or edit posts, I have a frontend panel for it, but the new posts that I publish are not added in the sitemap, so that the new posts are shown in the sitemap I have to visit the link /wp-admin/post-new.php and that way the new posts appear in the sitemap.

It is strange, since just visiting the link /wp-admin/post-new.php all the posts suddenly appear in the sitemap.

I would appreciate any help or suggestions for this, please, it is very important, since more than 80 posts are published a day on my website, that way I would have to visit the link /wp-admin/post-new.php 80 times each day.

    Best regards.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Can you please exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin? The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

If the issue persists, please let us know so we can further investigate the issue.

We are looking forward to helping you.

    Hello Jeremy,

Thanks for your answer, I am 100% sure that it is not a cache problem, I have investigated for hours before creating a support ticket in this forum.

As I have mentioned before, the posts appear in the sitemap as soon as I visit the post-new.php

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings so we can further investigate this. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
