Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Could you please do the following:
1. Head over to Rank math dashboard and ensure you have enabled the sitemap module. If not enabled please do so.
2. Next, if you have any caching setup, please exclude your sitemap URLs from being cached and clear your cache.
3. Ensure you have posts/pages not set to index on your site. You should check Rank math > Titles & Meta to confirm you have not set either to noindex if you wish for it to appear on sitemap and also on individual pages/posts
4. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
5. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings and confirm you have enabled pages/posts sitemaps according to your preference then hit the save button.
That should fix the issue.
