After I cleared the Website cache and reloaded the Sitemap page. Now there are 3 Sitemap pages showing which are Post, Page, and Category sitemaps.
Is this normal?

Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.
As the sitemaps are used by search engines to efficiently crawl the website and the sitemaps lists all the links including the latest ones of the website, the sitemaps should never get cached, as it would defeat the purpose of the sitemaps.
When the sitemaps get cached, you can face similar issues. Please follow the below steps and that should permanently fix the issue:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
