Sitemap couldn’t fetch issue

    I have tried all the tutorials listed by rank math to fix my sitemap 404 error but I am unable to fix this.

    I appreciate your help regarding this.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    I’ve checked your sitemaps, and they seem to be working fine.

    About the couldn’t fetch issue, the other version of your sitemap (WWW) is not yet redirected to the final version (non-WWW). I’ve attached the screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference.

    Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 Ok status), and the rest are redirecting to it. You can also use this tool to check.

    If you need assistance with the process, please get in touch with your web host as they are in a better position to help you with this kind of redirect.

    Once done, remove all the sitemaps submitted in your Google Search Console and resubmit your main sitemap. Then give Google some time to recrawl your sitemaps.
