I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We checked your sitemap but couldn’t find any issue there. In this case, please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you.
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/Once done, clear your website cache, remove all the submitted sitemap, and resubmit only the
/sitemap_index.xml
in the Search Console.Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Thanks for your feedback.
As previously said, I had already done steps 1 and 2 but I started over again one more time but without success.Unfortunately, GSC still returns the same message “couldn’t fetch”.
Anything else I can try?

Troubleshooting the “Couldn’t Fetch” Error in Google Search Console
https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/If the error persists, it appears that Google is yet to fetch the sitemap. You can do nothing but wait for Google to fetch it.
This may be deliberate from Google’s end, as Google can find and fetch your URLs without a sitemap.

Thanks for this.
I’ll wait and see what happens but this sitemap was already submitted 2 months ago and had the same error when I posted this message and then I removed it and posted a new one.
So, the reason seems to be something else.Hello,
Can please remove all sitemaps again and try submitting this instead?

Looking forward to helping you.
Yes, I tried this before already with no success and tried again with the same results.
Hello,
The issue is that your website is currently blocking Googlebot when loading the sitemap. See this screenshot below:
Kindly contact your hosting provider, make sure your sitemap isn’t blocking Googlebot.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Thanks for your feedback!
Just to be sure I understand what you suggest: I can fully load the sitemap from my browser (see added screenshot). How do you get this 403 error please? Do you simulate a Googlebot or else?
I want to be sure of what is happening before contacting my host, thanhs.
Hello,
If I browse regularly on my browser, I can also visit the sitemap without issue as well. However, if I visit the sitemap while simulating as a Googlebot, the sitemap shows the 403 error which is a server firewall error.
I would suggest checking this with your hosting provider as they are in the best position to help you with this.
You may share the screenshot from here to your hosting provider.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
