I checked your sitemap page and it seems to be loading just fine. However, all 4 variations of your sitemap aren’t redirecting to 1 variation. Please check the screenshot I inserted in the Sensitive Data section.
All 4 URL variations of your sitemap should redirect to 1 preferred variation.

After doing, please clear your website cache and submit the sitemap again to your Google Search Console.

Thanks for following up. I have carried out the .htaccess redirects and can now see that when testing the URL’s on the https://httpstatus.io/ as being redirected except for one.
However, inside of Google Search Console the URL – https://www.sparkdigital.space/page-sitemap.xml is not able to be read.
See attached screen grab. I appreciate that when you load the URL it renders fine, this isn’t the issue. I need the Pages Sitemap to be able to be successfully submitted to GSC as part of the ongoing SEO on the site.

I checked and all the variations of the sitemaps are correctly redirecting to the preferred variation.
Please follow the below steps and see if the sitemap updates:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. Clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap: /sitemap_index.xml.
Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if the sitemap updates.
