Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, clear your website cache and resubmit thesitemap_index.xml in the Search Console.
That should fix the issue.

I am Completely okay with step 1. But neither I use any cache in plugins nor Cloudflare for Cache purge.
I use Ezoic for Speed optimization.

If the Ezoic plugin accepts Regex for the caching rules you can add the rules that are mentioned on that file under the Cloudflare section.
sitemap?\.xml?
[a-z0-9_\-]*sitemap[a-z0-9_\-]*\xml|xsl)?
([az0-9_\-]*?)sitemap([a-z0-9_\-]*)?.xml
Also, please note that if you see a 403 error on the sitemap it means that Googlebot is not able to access the sitemap because it’s getting blocked by some firewall rule to see the contents of that file.

From what we can check from our side the robots.txt file is fine and it lets Googlebot access the sitemap just fine.
So, this would indicate that your firewall or some other server rule might be blocking this. You would need to get in touch with the hosting provider or the firewall provider to do a thorough check of the rules that are implemented on the website.
Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do from our side since this is not related to Rank Math as our plugin is generating the sitemap correctly.
