Could you please do the following:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.
That should fix the issue.
If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.
I have done everything suggested and still now facing issues. I have clarified with the Hosting support also, they have said that — there is no file found on my Public_html [root Folder]. SO please suggest to me how can I create that file under my Root FOlder.
I mean, pls suggest me how to create the file for this specific sitemap_index.xml

Do you still need help with this?
Do you mind checking for conflicts first?
