Sitemap is not working, Please connect and resolve it very soon.
Thank you.Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We can see your sitemap is working properly in the
www
version of your website. Since you’re using your website on thewww
version, you should redirect thenon-www
version of your sitemap to thewww
version. You can follow this guideline on how you can redirect from
non-www
towww
or you can get in touch with your hosting provider to assist you: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-redirect-non-www-urls-to-www/Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Hi Team!
Thank you for your responce.
I want you to edit the htaccess file, we will provide the login credentials, because editing the htaccess file is very risk.
I hope you guys know it very well & you can edit it proper way.
Please let me know for further action.Hi Team!
We are actually facing this sitemap issue after upgrade our Bluehost(Hostinger), before it worked properly.
Is this an issue for sitemp error.
Please respond and connect team.Hello,
For the .htaccess, we suggest checking this with your hosting provider as they are in the best position to help you with that.
As for your sitemap’s issue, please check if there are any other plugins or your currently active theme causing a conflict with the sitemap. To do that, please follow this troubleshooting guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We are able to login to your WP but we can’t access your website’s file manager as we can’t access your Bluehost account, logins aren’t working. Can you please share the FTP login instead? If you’re not sure, please ask this from your hosting provider.
Looking forward to helping you.

We are facing traffic issues here, please let me know if any details wanted.
Thank you.Hello,
We checked your website, turned on the Rank Math plugin, and flushed the sitemap cache. The sitemap is now working as intended. See the video screencast and screenshots in the sensitive data section.
Can you please check this again on your end?
If the issue persists, please ensure that we can access your website’s root directory in the FTP because, at the moment, we can’t.
Looking forward to helping you.

Thank you for your support.Hello,
We added the following code to your
.htacccess
file and now the Non-WWW sitemap redirects correctly to the WWW version:# Redirect Non-WWW Version to WWW Version RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^skyshade.in [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.skyshade.in/$1 [L,R=301]
Please clear all caches and confirm that they work for you as well.
We hope this helps. Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.
Thank you.
