Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Can you please share your website URL so we can take a closer look at it? You may insert it in the sensitive Data section.
Looking forward to helping you with this one.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Check the sitemap again after doing so.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
i don’t think need to share login, because when i deactive litespeed rankmath sitemap back to normal.
that’s why i say conflict with litespeed plugin.
i also already open ticket in litespeed plugin, but not yet replied.
Hello,
I can check that some function of the LiteSpeed plugin is conflicting with our plugin and causing the issue with the sitemap.
Since you have already opened a ticket with them, please wait for their reply as they will be able to help you resolve this.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to your update.
Thanks.
Ok, but still no reply from litespeed cache plugin support.
i found this error on litespeed v.4.4.6 ( latest ) when enable guest mode in general option. can you try from your stagging server? to test it. because sitemap problem is crictical for seo plugin right?
currently i already solved this, with disable guest mode
Hello,
We’re glad that you were able to find the conflicting feature for this issue.
Since the issue was fixed with their guest mode feature being disabled, they should be able to help you as that is the plugin’s functionality with their latest version.
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
