Sitemap Cannot Be Read By Google

    Hi, I created a sitemap using Rankmath a few days ago, but my website is not showing up on google. On Google Search Console, it says the sitemap could not be read and that there is a HTTP error 403.

    Resubmitting the sitemap manually does not seem to solve the problem. Please assist. My website is https://lisaglobal.sg. Thanks.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
