Hello,
I see that you are encountering the error "Sitemap can be read, but has errors." This issue can be related to the file format of your sitemap. To address this problem, please ensure the following:
- Check that your sitemap file is using the correct header format:
- Make sure the namespace in the header ends with 0.9, not .9.
- Ensure you are using straight single or double quotes to enclose XML attributes, avoiding curly quotes.
If the error persists after checking these points, you can use the httpstatus tool to verify your sitemap’s status code. If the status code is 200, redirect all XML sitemap variations to the final variation and clear your website cache before resubmitting your sitemap in Google Search Console.
If you need further assistance, feel free to provide more details or screenshots, and we’ll be happy to help you resolve this issue.
Thank you for reaching out with your concern.

Troubleshooting the “Couldn’t Fetch” Error in Google Search Console » Rank MathHello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We have seen this type of issue before with Divi. It happens when you are using the Blurb feature in Divi and using a background image in the Blurb.
Users have already reported this to Divi but we suggest you notify them as well to move the issue to priority. You can ask them if they have a solution where these background images of blurbs are not included in the sitemaps.
The functionality of Rank Math being able to see Divi images and adding them to the sitemap was added by the Divi team and that is why it is recommended that you contact them directly.
However, the only way to fix this issue temporarily is to disable the Images in the Sitemap option in Rank Math sitemap settings.
Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
