the above is two screen shoot for my set up of service schema i do not see the service schema for my site and because my site is new i directly disabled Yoast and i installed rankmath.

maybe the schema was event and i change it to service later frankly i do not remember

please note the ones who are involved in my site are me , wordpress, the theme developers.

i was in contact with the theme developer they have nothing to do with the schema and this information was also confirmed by my web host saying that neither wordpress nor the theme developer have nothing to do with the event schema, please note that i do not have an Seo developer.

i checked if i have a bug but no i do not my site is clean.

appreciate to investigate this issue more deeply

    Hello,

To apply the Service Schema, you will have to add a Service Type in the Schema. Without the Service Type, our plugin doesn’t apply it to the pages:

And if you want us to check which plugin is adding the Event Schema, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

done please check the sensitive info

    Hello,

The Event Schema is getting added by your theme and there are two instances where this is referenced in the source code of the theme.

These are the two files from your theme handling this:
    traveler\st_templates\layouts\elementor\activity\loop\normal-grid.php and traveler\st_templates\layouts\elementor\activity\loop\normal-list.php

Hope this helps clarify your doubts.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

Thank you i will get in touch with the theme developer
meamwhile rank Math service schema is not visible on my site please advice ?

    Hello,

The Service Schema is visible on the website but that is not eligible for Rich Results so it won’t show on Google SERPs or the Rich Results Test.

You can test the Schema with this validator instead: https://validator.schema.org

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

ok now if you can advice? do i need to delete the event schema from my site which give me an error field for location and start date or these errors does not have an affect on my SEO

    Hello,

We always recommend that you don’t keep Schema markup on your website that has errors as Google might not view that positively for the website.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

I edited the sensitive section i sent to you a screen shoot can you confirm to me is the line marked with yellow the one which i should delete for the schema event ?

    Hello,

You shouldn’t delete the code yourself from the theme files. You should get in touch with the support of your theme and ask them to fix this for you.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch in case you need any other assistance.

    Thanks.
