Please follow the steps in this link for initial troubleshooting:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

For the error in your Goole Search Console, there is a plugin/theme generating a faulty Events Schema on your site. Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

The sitemaps, by default, are set to noindex as it is not meant to be indexed and appear in the search results.
The sitemap should only be submitted in the sitemaps sections and not in the URL Inspection Tool.

XML sitemaps are intentionally marked Noindex as they’re only meant to be crawled by the search engines and not to get indexed on the SERPs.
I tested your sitemap as Googlebot and the sitemap is returning a 403 Forbidden Status. You can have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket for a quick reference.
Please reach out to your web host and ensure that the sitemaps are fully accessible to Googlebot.
Once done, clear your website and server’s cache (if any) remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap: /sitemap_index.xml

Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if that helps.

I checked the page source, Service Schema is not added in the page source.
The Events Schema is added to the page source, and it is not coming from Rank Math.
To fix the issue with this Schema, you can get in touch with the developer of the plugin that you are using to add the Schema.
