I’ve checked the affected sitemap using this tool, and it seems to be working fine.
Also, the Missing XML Tag error suggests that you don’t have any posts appearing in that sitemap. But upon checking, there are 2 posts currently showing.
In this case, please remove all your submitted sitemaps and resubmit your main sitemap only /sitemap_index.xml, and give Google some time to recrawl your site.

So do I just need to submit my main sitemap only “/sitemap_index.xml” ?
no need to add other submaps,like post,gallery etc ? is my main sitemap enough for my website crawling like posts,pictures etc ?

Yes, you may only submit the primary sitemap as instructed by my colleague as Google will automatically scan the rest of the sitemap once you submitted it.
