Your sitemap(https://yourdomain/sitemap_index.xml.xml) currently leads to 404, can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server.
That should fix the issue. Please let us know if that does not. We are here to assist.
The link you have in your message(that goes to a 404) has .xml in there twice at the end. When I remove one of the .xml, it doesn’t give the 404.
I had my developer look at the site and it seems to be working now. He said the link was missing the https protocol, and he edited the code so that it loads it.
There is a problem with my video sitemap,Google Search Console:Invalid tag value duration.
