I forgot to take a screenshot:

Hello,
thank you very much for your answer. I will post this in the “Sensitive Area”.
Many greetings
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I have checked the sitemap and also validated it with https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html, the sitemap got validated without any errors. (Check screenshot in the sensitive data section)
It is possible that Google is seeing a cached version of your sitemap.
Please follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, remove all the sitemaps from the Search Console and add sitemap_index.xml
and wait for Google to crawl the sitemap.
That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.
Hello,
I apologize for the late feedback. I did everything as you described: unfortunately it does not accept the page-sitemap.xml for me. There are always errors reported. See also screenshot in the link below:

What else can be done?
Thank you very much for your support and efforts.
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.

Hello,
I apologize for the late response. I’m going through a lot right now. ^^
I have created a temporary login with the plugin “Temporary Login Without Password”. Just enter the link in the protected area. There is another problem on another website. But for the sake of clarity I open a separate ticket.
Thanks for your help. I love Rank Math and am also very enthusiastic about your support.
Kind regards.
P.S. I am also looking forward to the solution. Because on another website I have a similar problem.

Thank you.
Hello,
thank you very much for your efforts. In the meantime I wrote to Elegant Themes and they confirmed that this is a bug of the theme and they are working on a solution in the meantime. Thanks again.
